Rally planned in observation of the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King’s assassination. Buses leave Tuesday, April 3rd for rally on the mall in Washington on April 4th. Returning on Thursday, April 5th.

Approximate departure times on April 3
Suburban Chicago: 5 p.m.
Springfield: 3:30 p.m.
Carbondale: 3:30 p.m.
Approximate arrival time on April 5.
Suburban Chicago: 6 a.m.
Springfield: 7:30 a.m.
Carbondale: 7:30 a.m.

Fee includes t-shirt, nonperishable sack lunch and bottle of water. Please note additional buses will be added if there are enough registrants. Buses will be filled in increments of 56. You will be notified by email if you have a seat. You will also be notified if you are on the waiting list. If we can’t accommodate you, you will receive a refund. No other cancellations or refunds will be honored — if you can’t attend, please find someone to take your seat. There is a restroom on the bus. There will also be a few 15 minute comfort stops. We will stop for breakfast and supper on April 4th only – cost not included in trip. We respectfully ask you to wear your t-shirt on the outside of your clothing at all times on the mall.
