She founded the website, MuslimGirl.com and is currently editor-in-chief of the leading online magazine for Muslim women. She provides regular commentary on social, cultural and political issues on outlets such as CNN, Al Jazeera and the BBC and has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian and made the Forbes “30 Under 30″ list.
