FreeStrengthening Our Community Through a Shared Experience
Join us as we celebrate breaking our fast with our Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Baha’i, Hindu and Sikh communities. Listen to stories from our faith leaders, eat dinner and engage in dialogue with members of other faiths.
There will be a panel of storytellers — Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Baha’i, Sikh and Hindu –will each describing how, from their faith perspective, we can build a stronger community through the shared experiences of fasting or self-sacrifice.
The event is free and open to the public; however seating is very limited so an RSVP is required
Optional: Guests may bring a dessert (it cannot contain alcohol, pork or nuts) and may choose to fast for the day from dawn to sunset.
