Resist Trump’s Wars: Building an Anti-War Movement
June 1, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
A forum and discussion with Kevin Gostolza of Shadowproof, and Pat Hunt of Chicago area CodePINK.
For well over a decade, US drone strikes, special forces raids, and aerial bombardments have reigned down terror on people in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Syria and other countries, yet have received inadequate attention from the media and even from protest movements.
In the first 100 days of the Trump administration, these acts of military aggression have increased- with the bombing of Syrian air field, and increased beliscosity towards North Korea. How did we get here, and how do we build a movement to resist?
