Faith and Poverty: A Justice Response

Faith & Poverty - A Justice Response

The third of the three-part Faith & Poverty small group program series from JustFaith Ministries. The program consists of eight 2-hour sessions, introducing participants to the systems and structures that perpetuate economic injustice in their communities and the barriers that keep certain people from rising out of it. This faith-based program gives special attention to communities of color who are disproportionately and unjustly affected by poverty. In addition to the readings, group members engage in prayer and spiritual practices throughout the week between sessions. Participants emerge from this program with the courage and tools to lead their churches and communities in social justice advocacy on a local level. Learn more.
